These terms apply to the website and services of IntelliBack Local, a service of Killeronwax Records LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
SMS Terms
Program: IntelliBack Local customer messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- What you'll receive: If you opt in on our website or by texting us, you'll receive texts from IntelliBack Local about your demo request, appointment scheduling, and customer support. If you call us and we miss the call, you may receive one text replying to your call.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
- Costs: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also tell us in any other reasonable way, and we'll honor it.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (937) 828-5118 or [email protected].
- Opting back in: Reply START to resubscribe.
- Consent: Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties for marketing.
Our services
IntelliBack Local sets up and manages missed-call text-back, online booking links, and review-request messages for local businesses. Each client business is responsible for the accuracy of its own message content and for having a lawful basis to message its customers. We configure messages to identify the business and include opt-out instructions.
Fees and billing
Pricing, setup fees, and billing terms are set out in your service agreement or order. Unless that agreement says otherwise, services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled as described in it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or messages that violate carrier rules or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is". We don't guarantee any particular number of calls, bookings, reviews, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Killeronwax Records LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
